Stayed up until 3 am for no other reason then to finish this. This is the second illustration I've done so far that will be a part of a book for a friend.
In this scene, the deity/goddess is lamenting the fact that one of her beloved races of creatures is uncontrollable. Essentially, this is where the story kicks off, and her decision on how to remedy her problem causes the rest of the story to unfold.
The creatures depicted are a sort of hybrid wolf/fox. They're larger and more intelligent then wolves, and have longer tails and bigger ears.
